Assignments, How to send? How to ask for clarification?

Have you done your assignment? You should then send it following these rules:

  1. Send an e-mail to acmshoubra@yahoo.com with your assignment files attached.
  2. E-mail subject should be formatted as follows: <ASSIGNMENT – Your name – Assignment ID (Assignment name)>
  3. If the assignment contains any programming task, You should insert a copy of the e-mail subject as a comment at the beginning of your program.

For example, If I’m going to send the first required assignment … I’ll send an e-mail with the following subject: ASSIGNMENT – Ahmed Abdullah Hussein – 1 (Date Class)

Got a question regarding an assignment? You should ask for a clarification following these rules:

  1. NO one should send an assignment solution on this group [Benha-Eng-ACM-ICPC] because it might affect your friends’ answers when they see your solution. You must follow the 3 rules written above about how to send an assignment solution.
  2. If you would like to ask about something related to a certain assignment, send an e-mail to acmshoubra@yahoo.com or to the instructor who asked you for this assignment. We should then answer you clarifying what is missing, and we will forward the clarification to the whole students if it’s necessary.
  3. When you have a question about an assignment or seeking a clarification regarding it, your e-mail should also follow a certain format: <ASSIGNMENT CLARIFICATION – Your name – Assignment ID (Assignment name)>.
